Collection Reports shows how shoppers engage with the Shopify collections merchandised through Tagalys. Merchants can compare performance across collections, investigate one collection in detail, and see how individual products contributed to its result. This creates a direct line between what shoppers did, how the collection performed, and where the merchandising team may need to act.
Tagalys Collection reports include unique visitors, product views, add-to-carts, units sold, orders, revenue, click-through rate, and conversion rate. Merchants can select standard or custom date ranges and compare two periods. This makes it possible to see whether engagement or commercial performance is improving, declining, or remaining stable across a campaign, season, or merchandising change.
Yes. Collection Reporting supports three levels of analysis. Merchants can compare all collections across the store, open one collection to review its overall performance, and then inspect each product within that collection. The product-level view helps distinguish a broad collection issue from a result driven by a small number of strong or weak products.
The merchandising timeline places collection metrics alongside saved merchandising versions. Each version marker records when the change was saved, its version number, and the team member who made it. Merchants can open the saved version and review performance around that point in time. The timeline provides context for evaluation without treating correlation as proof that one change caused the result.
