Fashion merchandising has always been emotional. Online, it too often turns mechanical, working SKU by SKU. Teams spend hours repairing broken narratives, pinning and re-pinning, just to keep stories intact. That’s just hours spent on maintenance work that adds no strategic value.
We kept asking ourselves: There has to be a better way!
- What if you could sell stories online, too?
- What if you managed 100 stories instead of 10,000 products?
- What if when one item goes out of stock, it doesn’t break narratives?
- What if each narrative flowed across Collections, PDPs, recommendations, and stories?
We went back to the drawing board and started working on a different approach - built the way fashion actually works. And we’re showing it for the first time on October 30th in London.
